終於買左門鎖啦!

Finally made the decision for Yale instead of Samsung!  The reason is I think the "steel bar" that Yale used is much stronger and the locked area is much bigger that Samsung one.  So, finally paid 1K more for this Yale!   Hope it is really "better than" Samsung as my neighbor has installed Samsung, and if there is thief, he will chose Samsung over Yale lah ... hahahaaaaa ... ...  such a bad person I am ... hahaaaaaa..

When I moved in this place 4 years ago, I bought a new rubbish bin.   Thought it will be with me for a very long time.   But unfortunately, I am such a 花心的人, I bought another rubbish bin.   Simplehuman Trash Can.  I hope this one will last longer......

同教教師傅再次行街街

Today 同教教師傅再次行街街!  We went to MK, mainly objective is to check out the tiles.  Of course, cannot find the light white/grey color 木紋磚, but finally settle with one quite close.   But the best is still the one we saw in Wanchai, but that is very expensive, it costed around 45K.   Since already made the decision to use "Made in China" tile, just forget about the "Made in Italy".  This is a wise choice as the difference is almost sufficient to redo all the wiindows.   Since I need to wear slipper all day, I don't think I can tell if there is any uneven situation.  I must control the spending ... So, done!   this is it - floor tile is fixed.   I have chosen the bathroom tile (light white grey), kitched wall tile (reflective white with extremely subtle lines), kitchen floor tile (small grey 木紋磚).  The only undecided tile is the bathroom floor.   but should not be a problem.  

Yesterday brought the Door Key also - Yale Gateman 3019 - $4100 - special discount as bought together with k.
